    The KRC Board meeting and OK5K Committee meeting will be held on Sunday, February 26th, as per Ed’s email this week. (The website currently say February 19th but our fearless webmaster is currently representing us on his 100 mile run).

    Hello & Happy New Year!

    For NEW Members that have not received their free t-shirt (one per family), I will have shirts on Saturday at the Tortoise and Hare Run.

    If anyone is interested in an extra shirt or hat, they will be available for sale. T-Shirts $10, Hats – $15.

    ICC is holding their first 5k race(s) this Thursday for elementary and middle school children. They are looking for 3-5 adults to serve as course marshals during the couple of races.     I’m out for tmrw am. Worked extra this week because we have nurses out with covid. Extra hours is unfortunately a recurring thing for many reasons in healthcare these days. I am typically off on Mondays and Thursdays. If anyone is up for a slow run or walk on these days hit me up. My cell is 5187551993

    Save the date — Sunday, September 11th will be the first FUN RUN 50 of the 2022-23 season in Copake on the Harlem Valley Rail Trail, more details coming soon.
