Thank you to those of you who have signed up to help at the Escarpment Aid Station on Windham Mt. Sunday July 31st. We could use a few more people to help. Not only is this a beautiful hike in the Catskills, it is a lot of fun cheering on the runners. Dick Vincent has asked us to give him the shirt numbers and sizes prior to Sunday, so if you have not posted this on the KRC sign-up page, please send an email to lynnenagengast@yahoo.com with this information.
