Meet at Art Omi 6pm.
we will run/walk watch and be part of Art, faster runners will criss cross some of the trails.
This Trail has few technical sections and is hilly.
Bring bug spray 🙂 .
Easy Pace Run or Walk for 1h, everyone welcome!
Optional: arrive 30 minutes early for strength work with Coach Jay.
