PS21 / Crellin Park – Dirt Road / Trail Series
July 16 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Meet at PS21 last parking lot up the hill, 6:30pm, we will run/walk , faster runners will criss cross some of the trails.
This Trail has some technical sections and rolling hills.
Bring bug spray 🙂 .
Easy Pace Run or Walk for 1h, everyone welcome!
Optional: arrive 30 minutes early for strength work with Coach Jay.
