Harris Conservation Area – Dirt Road / Trail Series

Meet at Harris Conservation Area, we will run/walk at the Conservation Area, Stonewall RD and Engel Rd towards Beebee Hill Fire Tower (if you want to make it to the Firetower some might have to plan a little extra time it is around 6 miles total out and back)
Easy Pace Run or Walk for 1h, everyone welcome!
Optional: arrive 30 minutes early for strength work with Coach Jay.
