Ooms Conservation Area – Dirt Road / Trail Series
July 2 @ 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Meet at Oom Conservation at the main parking lot at 6:30 pm, we will run/walk , faster runners can criss cross some of the trails.
This Trail has hardly any technical sections with rolling hills.
Bring bug spray 🙂 .
Easy Pace Run or Walk for 1h, everyone welcome!
Optional: arrive 30 minutes early for strength work with Coach Jay.
