Park in the first lot at the new visitor center.
Meet at 5:30 pm, bring a head lamp!
we will run/walk , faster runners will criss cross some of the trails.
This Trail has some technical sections and is hilly.
Easy Pace Run or Walk for 1h, everyone welcome!
