Pop Up – Del’s in the Dark – Wednesday

Pop Up run at Del’s Roadside – night edition. Those that want try a night run on the AHET, bring a light and let’s meet at 5:30 at Del’s parking lot.   We’ll choose either a north or south run and get in 4-5 miles out/ back.  If you don’t have a light and want to try night running, I’ll pick a pace so you can benefit from my light.  We’ll stay on the trail.     Del’s now has a wider food menu and a brewery, so those that want to stay after the run  or just meet around 6:30 can come out for some refreshments.
