Sunday Member Meet -Up -November-Valatie

Let’s have a Sunday morning run at 11am.  We’ll meet at the Val Kin Trail Head parking lot at 11am.  Walkers welcome!! This will be in the format of our Fun Run 50 runs, which is basically self paced run or walk for 50 minutes.   We’ll head out on the AHET and everyone turns around at 25 minutes so that we all finish around the same time.

After,  the plan is to head to Bagel Tyme for some socializing, but if there is a group desire, we might walk over to Tequila Sunrise.    Those of you that haven’t joined a group run or a KRC event, please join us.  You can’t get lost, and we usually get large crowds for our Sunday runs at all paces.
