KRC Membership

The Kinderhook Running Club (KRC) promotes the sport of running through a variety of activities in Kinderhook and surrounding areas.

KRC seeks to encourage participation in running activities including clinics and educational programs for runners of all abilities, weekly run clubs, sponsorship and support of local races, and team participation in races ranging from 5k to marathon distances.

Learn How to Run Safely & Effectively

Join our running clinics where we outline running plans, along with motivation! You’ll receive workouts and ideas from some of the clubs most experienced runners and certified coaches.

KRC welcomes families of all ages and sizes, the more the merrier! Get your spouse, partner and children into the spirit of community and fitness.

KRC Club members run together every Saturday morning.
See the week’s routes, find out where to meet and sign up beforehand.

We even let our members dogs join the club! Your pooch deserves credit for getting you out the door most days, let’s face it! Check out our Rovers Club
