Hand Hollow Conservation – Dirt Road / Trail Series

Meet at Hand Hollow Conservation Area , we will run/walk at the Conservation Area, faster runners will criss cross some of the trails.
This Trail has few moderate technical sections and rolling hills.
Bring bug spray 🙂 .
Easy Pace Run or Walk for 1h, everyone welcome!
Optional: arrive 30 minutes early for strength work with Coach Jay.
