Powell Wildlife Sanctuary – Dirt Road / Trail Series

Meet at Powell Wildlife Sanctuary , we will run/walk at the Conservation Area, and optional on hunt club road.
This Trail has some technical sections.
Easy Pace Run or Walk for 1h, everyone welcome!
Optional: arrive 30 minutes early for strength work with Coach Jay.
