Schor Conservation – Dirt Road / Trail Series

Depending on conditions we will either run in the conservation area, on surrounding dirt roads, or both.
Meet at 6:30 pm in the parking lot.
Easy Pace Run or Walk, everyone welcome!
Optional: arrive 30 minutes early for strength work with Coach Jay.
