We meet at 6 at the ICC track, and a reminder if there is a school event at the track, head over to the ICC middle school parking lot.

The objective for KRC’s 8-week clinic is to promote fitness in our community and to help people get ready for the
June 8^th Kinderhook OK5K Run/Walk and the OK 1-Mile Kid’s Run
