*Please note on April 15 and May 27 we will meet on the JV Soccer field, which is the field in front of the middle school, all other dates will be on the ICC Track.

We meet at 6 at the ICC track, and a reminder if there is a school event at the track, head over to the ICC middle school parking lot.

The objective for KRC’s 8-week clinic is to promote fitness in our community and to help people get ready for the
June 6^th Kinderhook OK5K Run/Walk and the OK 1-Mile Kid’s Run
